Ph.D. Candidate, University of Notre Dame
Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering - Bioengineering Graduate Program
Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in the Bioengineering Department at the University of Notre Dame.
In my Ph.D. work, my research interests involve understanding the consistencies of complex cortical folding patterns. I develop open-source surface- and volume-based neuroimaging pipelines to analyze cortical thickness and morphometry of adult and developing human and non-human primate brains utilizing large public MRI data sets.
I studied mechanical engineering, and my prior research interests include computational soft tissue biomechanics. I have a strong background in nonlinear FEA and constitutive modeling of soft biological tissues.
